Armaan-Portfolio 

This portfolio will recap the various assignments and projects covered throughout grade 9 technology design course. It will briefly describe them as well as explain what I learned and how I can improve.

My projects

Here are all the projects I completed throughout the semester. Each one goes through the design process and a final reflection of what I learned. There are several projects to choose from and each one interesting and different in its own way

Children's game

We were given one hour and limited materials to come up with a children's game that was simple yet fun.

3D Modeling a scooter

In this project I learn all about inventor as I try to assemble a scooter from scratch. Along the way I also learn about creating orthographics and presentations, all from inventor.

Bridge Over Water

Bridge Project

In this project, we were challenged to make a bridge out of paper! It had to span a certain distance and could have to cylinders.

Vex Robotics

Our task was we had to design and code a robot to perform several extravagant tasks. They had to follow courses and tasks according to what we had previously decided with a high degree of accuracy. We also had to design a claw to pick up a football/ball

Summative Project

For our final summative project, I decided to make an aquatic survival shelter. In other words, it was an improved life raft.  I also experiment with two other ideas and then build my shelter in real life.
